Black & Decker Corporation is the world's largest producer of power tools, power tool accessories, and security hardware, and the third largest faucet provider in the United States. Our products and services are marketed in more than 100 countries worldwide, and we have manufacturing operations in 14 of those nations.

In 1999, Black & Decker joined Kwikset and Price Pfister to form the Hardware and Home Improvement Group (BDHHI) based in Lake Forest, California. Two additional powerful brands were added in 2003 with the acquisition of Weiser Lock and Baldwin Hardware companies. Today, this group represents approximately $1.1B in total annual sales and some of the most recognizable hardware and home improvement brands in the world.
